If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:

- The product is in its original packaging
- Product isn't used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Who pays for the shipping costs, in the case of a return?
Assuming the product is damaged or not as specified at point of sale we will cover any return shipping costs. If the product has been ordered incorrectly at point of sale the customer should cover the shipping costs.

Yes, customers can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund (**subject to the terms outlined above)

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
